1 General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the bk 33 platform and all services provided under it. "bk 33", "we" or "platform" refers to the bk 33 website and application. "Member" or "you" refers to any registered user.

1.1 Applicability of Terms

These Terms apply equally to all members and visitors of bk 33. Accessing the platform or using any service constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Any member who does not agree with these Terms is requested to refrain from using the platform's services.

These Terms are written in Bengali. In the event of any inconsistency between versions in different languages, the Bengali version shall be considered authoritative. If any clause appears unclear, bk 33's interpretation shall be considered final.

2 Membership and Account

2.1 Registration Process

To open an account on bk 33, accurate and complete information must be provided. bk 33 reserves the right to cancel any account registered with false information. Each individual may open only one account — operating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is prohibited.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

In the interest of security and fraud prevention, bk 33 may verify a member's identity at any time. A national identity card or other acceptable document may be requested for verification. Withdrawal processing may be put on hold until verification is completed.

2.3 Account Security

It is the member's responsibility to keep their account login details fully confidential. Passwords must not be shared with any third party. If unauthorised access to the account is suspected, the bk 33 support team must be notified immediately. bk 33 is not liable for any actions by third parties.

2.4 Account Transfer

Selling, transferring, or granting another person access to an account is strictly prohibited. If such activity is proven, the account will be permanently closed.

3 Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on bk 33 is ৳100. Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. When making a deposit, the member must ensure they are using their own registered payment method. Depositing using another person's payment method is prohibited.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. A successful withdrawal is generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes. Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal request is processed. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.

3.3 Currency

All transactions on bk 33 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Deposits or withdrawals in any other currency are not accepted. Cryptocurrency or any other digital asset is not accepted.

3.4 Account Balance

Funds deposited into the account remain the member's deposit, but may be subject to active bonus conditions. A special inactivity policy may apply to accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months), and the member will be notified in advance.

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

The bk 33 welcome bonus is a 200% first deposit bonus, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. To withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000; before withdrawing, ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000 must be wagered.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own wagering conditions, which are clearly stated in the bonus description.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings from completed wagering requirements can be withdrawn.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless stated otherwise in the specific offer.
• Bonus offers are only for members who have deposited their own funds. Bonuses will not apply to funds deposited by another person.
• bk 33 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if suspicious bonus usage is detected.

4.3 Other Promotional Offers

bk 33 runs various promotional offers from time to time, such as weekly deposit gifts, slot festival bonuses, cricket season rewards, birthday special gifts, and refer-a-friend bonuses. Each offer has its own wagering conditions and validity period. bk 33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

5 Gaming Rules

5.1 Fair Play Policy

All games on bk 33 use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fair outcomes. If any member attempts to influence game results through cheating, exploiting software errors, or any other improper means, their account will be permanently closed.

5.2 Technical Issues

If a technical problem occurs during game play, bk 33 reserves the right to void that round's transactions. Game server logs will be considered the final record. bk 33 is not liable for any loss caused by internet connection disruptions.

5.3 Sports Betting Rules

For sports betting, the specific rules of each sport apply. Bets cannot be changed after match results are published. Pre-match bets are not accepted after a match has started. In-play betting odds are variable and update as the game situation changes.

5.4 VIP Program

The bk 33 VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier earns weekly cashback, which is a portion of the weekly net loss. The conditions for changing VIP tiers are set by bk 33 and are subject to change.

6 Account Suspension and Closure

6.1 bk 33's Rights

bk 33 reserves the right to immediately suspend or close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Registration using false or incorrect information.
• Conducting fraudulent activity from the account.
• Evidence of operating multiple accounts.
• Evidence of bonus abuse or strategic fulfilment of wagering conditions.
• Proven to be under 21 years of age.

6.2 Member's Rights

Any member may request the closure of their account at any time. To do so, the support team must be contacted via 24/7 live chat or email. All active bonus conditions will be reviewed before the account is closed. Any valid balance will be returned subject to applicable conditions.
